Ingredient to cook Vermicelli Soup |
- Soak the vermicelli 50g
- Tofu, mushroom, flower water (50 g) 1/2 cup.
- Red Chopped pork (200g) 1 cup.
- 1 celery root early
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 spring onions
- 3 cups broth
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce

Step and How to cook Vermicelli Soup |
- Pound the garlic, coriander root and pepper thoroughly.
- Celery root pounded fried pork with sauce 1/2 cup broth.
- Mushroom, vermicelli, fried bean curd flower cut short, about 5 minutes.
- Scoop up the soup pot. Heat to boiling, add the fish sauce to taste.
- Sliced green onions 1 inch shorter pieces in a pot down.
