Ingredients used to make thai spicy salad with Mackerel fish |
- 5 Mackerel fish
- 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
- 2-3 tbsp lemon
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 5 shredded lemongrass
- 1 cup thin sliced ginger
- 7 Head shallots
- 10-15 Chilli crushed
- 2 tbsp shredded kaffir lime leaves.
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 2 tbsp roasted nuts.
- 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- Yard Long Bean, lettuce, celery and onion,sliced all for thin.

- Remove the Fish to fried until to golden brown, scoop them up. then sheep only the meat fish.
- Add lemon grass, ginger, shallots, chilli, kaffir lime leaves, basil, fish sauce, lime juice, mix well.
- Serving time, sprinkle crushed peanuts. Serve with fresh vegetables such as cabbage,Yard Long Bean ,celery, onions.
