Thai fried rice with canned fish (Kao-pad-pla-krapong)
Ingredient to cook Thai Fried rice with Canned fish |
- 5 cups cooked rice
- 1 Canned Fish
- 1/2 cup dried salted prawn
- 2 eggs
- 1 head of garlic
- 8 Onion
- Guinea pepper sliced small
- lemon
- lard for fried
- fish sauce
- spring onion
- sliced cucumber

Step and how to cook Thai Fried rice with Canned fish |
- open the canned fish and put to dish then crushed with a spoon
- set fire medium heat with the pan and placed lard and wait for hot
- beaten egg and add in to the pan. then roll it all spread of the pan wait for the egg cooked.
- then take the egg up for sliced slimming thin and placed to a plate.
- fried the dried salted prawn for crispy, set the fire for medium heat .if ok lap it for wait
- add garlic to the wok,fried it till yellow good smell,add canned fish fried with rice cooked.
- scoop to a plate and decorated with dried shrimp pawn, egg sliced, guinea pepper sliced small,onion sliced and squeezed lemon.
- serve with sliced cucumber or spring onion.
