Thai Rice with Chopped Pork Menu
     
  How to cook Rice with Chopped Pork(Khao-Nah-moo-sub)
Ingredient to cook Thai Rice with Chopped Pork menu.
  • 800g cooked rice
  • 400g chopped pork fillet 
  • 1 onion
  • 200g chinese cabbages
  • 5-7 fresh red chillies
  • 1 tablespoon cloves garlic,finely chopped
  • sugar
  • fish sauce
  • vinegar vegetable oil
  • cassava flour,corianders.
Step and how to cook Thai Rice with Chopped Pork menu.
  1. Peel the onion halve lengthwise,then cut crosswise into pieces.
    Cut the red chillies into fine strips.The chinese cabbages are cut into short lengths and parboiled in boiling water.Lift out and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a moderate heat until it starts vapourizing.Stir-fry the garlic until golden.Put in the pork and stir-fry until briefly-cooked.
    Add the onions and a little water.
  3. When boiling,season to taste with the sugar,fish sauce and vinegar. Taste to flavour.Dissolve the cassava flour in water, then add to the boiling mixture.When it boils again,Remove from the heat.
  4. Spoon the cooked rice onto individual serving plates.Arrange the chinese cabbages on th plates. Top the cooked rice with the chopped pork.Scatter with the red chilli strips and corianders.
