How to cook Mixed Rice Soup recipes (Khao-Tom-song-kreuang)

Intergradient to cook Mixed Rice Soup menu
  • 600 g. cooked rice
  • 200 g. chopped pork fillet
  • 200 g. fresh prawn, shelled cut along the backs deveined,with the heads removed and the tails left, on 1.2 L.water
  • 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons cloves garlic, finly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chinese chives seasoning sauce fish sauce chillies in vinegar,fermented soy beans, shredded spring onions and celeries, ground peppers.
Step how to cook Mixed Rice Soup menu
  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a moderate heat untill it starts vapourizing. Stir-fry the garlics to golden. Lift out with a slotted spoon. Place in abowl.
  2. Put the pork and prawns into the pan and stir-fry untill cooked. Season to taste with the seasoning sauce and fish sauce, Lift out and set aside.
  3. Heat water to boiling in a saucepan. Put the fried animal meat into the pan gently stir together.
  4. season to taste with the fish sauce and seasoning sauce. Add the chinese chives.Gently stir together.Remove from the heat.
  5. Sppon the mixed rice soup into the serving bowls.Scatter with the spring onions and celeries.Dust with the ground pepper.Serve at once with the chillies in vinegar.
