- 5 cups cooked rice
- Pork liver 3 matches
- Onion 1 head
- 3 or tomato
- 1/2 cup mushroom soaking water.
- 1 head of garlic, minced

- Pork liver washed and sliced thin.
- Onions, peeled and sliced crosswise. Sliced tomato
- The mushrooms, cleaned
- Remove pan over medium heat,add the lard,wait for hot add the garlic fry for moment to change yellow
- then add pork liver, stir untill it cooked.
- add onion tomato ,mushroom then stir thoroughly.
- add rice cooked ,chili sauce and fish sauce for little bit.
- Stir well and seasoned to taste it.
- Plate with coriander, melon, and pepper.
