Ingredient to cook Fried rice with Crab |
- 1 cup rice cooked
- 1 Crab meat, cooked, peeled
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tablespoon Green peas
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 head of garlic, minced
- spring onion , parsley ,pepper,cayenne Pepper Thai

Step and how to cook Fried rice with crab |
-
set the pan onthe burner as the pan is hot, add the oil.
- When the oil is hot,Add garlic chopped wait for change to yellow then add crab,fried rice cooked Carrots, peas ,stir and mix thoroughly then seasoned with soy sauce.
- add egg and stir thoroughly untill it cooked.
- add the Oyster oil and stir over agian.
- Finally,scoop to a plate and decorated with spring onion and parsley,Sprinkled with pepper.Ready to eat.
