How to cook Fried Rice with Chinese Sausage(Khao-Pad-Khoon-Chiang)
Ingredient to cook Thai Fried Rice with Chinese Sausage menu. |
- 100g fried Chinese sausage
- 100g pork fillet
- 1 Chicken egg,beaten
- 25g spring onions
- 600g cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon cloves garlic,finely chopped
- fish sauce,sugar,cucumbers,corianders,spring onions,vegetable oil

Step and how to cook Thai Fried Rice with Chinese Sausage. |
- Slantwise the chinese sausage into thin-slices.Keep one portion for decoration.
- Clean the pork fillet,then cut into small pieces.Peel the onions: halve lengthwise,the cut crosswise into thin-slices.Shred the spring onions.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over a moderate heat until it starts vapourizing.Stir-fry the garlic to golden.Put in the pork and stir-frying until briefly-cooked. Add the egg and stir-fry together until the egg is set.Spoon the cooked rice into the mixture.
- Season to taste with the fish sauce and sugar.Add the shredded spring onions and Chinese sausage.Toss together then remove
from the heat.
- Serve with the spring onions,cucumber wedges,corianders and fish sauce mixed with sliced small hot chillies.
