How to cook Fried rice with fermented pork(Khao pad naem)
Ingredient to cook Thai Fried rice with fermented pork menu. |
- 800g cooked rice.
- 1 onion,peeled
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon cloves garlic, peeled and finely chipped
- 2-3 chicken eggs, beaten,fermented pork as desired,fish sauce,sugar seasoniing sauce, vegetable oil,spring onions,corianders,fresh small hot chillies,lemons cucumber

- Divide the fermented pork into two portions.Cut the first portion into small pieces as desired for frying. The second one is cut dia gonally for decorating on top when served.
- Halve the onion, then cut crosswise into pieces. Cuve the tomatoes.The spring onions are cut finely.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over a moderate heat until it just begins to vapourize. Stri-fry the garlics in the oil until golden. put the first portion fermented pork into the pan and stir-frying. Add the eggs and cook together.
- Put in the rice and stir-fry, mixing well.Season to taste with the seasoning sauce, fish sauce and sugar,Taste to flavour.Add the onions, tomatoes and spring onions.Stir-fry thoroughly.Remove from the heat.
- Spoon onto the serving plates. Arrange the second portion fermented pork on th plates. Scatter with the sliced small hot chillies, corianderrs,lemons and cucumbers.Eat at once.
